▋1 如何在最短時間內把答案給找出來？

​

進入到多益閱讀這部分會發現

在閱讀這裡題本可以翻來翻去

先分配自己的作答時間！

閱讀時，掌握以下作答順序：

先看

❶文章標題

❷副標題

❸粗體字/斜體字

❹數字(代表什麼？多少人？多少年？)

❺問題看完再回頭細看文章內容

❻試著看一段找一題答案

​

注意當題目有問到

但文章裡找不到

就要想到「同義字替換」

或者用詞性找

一句話裡面一定會有名詞、動詞

但不一定有形容詞

試著認認看形容詞

字義不會也沒關係

對單字有印象

很快地掃描一遍文章

▋2. 如何找出決定性的關鍵字？

​

閱讀長文時，要注意轉折詞，

往往是答案出現的地方

能幫你理解訊息是轉折、補充還是總結。

• 轉折：however

• 補充：moreover

• 結論或結果：therefore

• 時間順序：next

• 舉例：for example

尤其是句子插入題

❶先讀題目插入句

❷再讀文章空格位置的前後句有沒有主詞？

❸主詞有沒有對上

❹注意插入句的名詞、動詞

有沒有出現在文章中的哪裡？

❺有沒有代名詞？he, she, this, that

❻有沒有轉折詞？

理解文章結構能幫助快速回答

• 開頭段落：通常會點明整個主題的What/Who/Where

• 結尾段落：結尾是總結並呼應文章主題。

▋3. 時間分配決定能否拿高分

時間分配非常重要！

前面提過75分鐘

絕對不是平分給每題45秒

​

而是留下55分鐘的時間給Part 7

55分鐘內完成54題加上檢查

平均一題不能超過一分鐘！

​

Part 7 經常出現商業書信

像信件、電子郵件、備忘錄等

​

收件者、寄件者一定要知道！

「稱謂、職稱」非常重要

主旨 subject/regard 也要讀

​

或是數字相關內容

像幾月幾日寄出

​

另外特別注意三篇閱讀

很多題目是要「讀懂後去推論」

考驗同學們能不能

很快地從三篇文章驗證答案

快速閱讀的能力要練！

可能的考題方向：

• 健身房的價目表+報名收據+公司補助費用的email
  →題目：為何此人不符補助？要找出收據上的報名日期不符

• 修車廠轉型出租車公告+相關的報導+客人推薦信
  →題目：可以推論出有關寫信者的事情(推論)？公司發跡地？(細節-文章有2個城市一個是出生地一個是公司成立地)

• 公司介紹+Cover letter+履歷表
  →題目：關於那位女士的敘述哪一項不對？

We have been eagerly waiting for People & Planet Day, and finally it will arrive this Friday. We are ready to volunteer and celebrate alongside all of you! We appreciate your efforts for making this special day possible._ [1]_You set the agenda, coordinated, and fund-raised for the events, and you make the difference. Global Textile Design's passion shines through every wonderful photo from around the world.

Our integrity shows when we do what we say by taking care of our communities. The responsibility we share comes to life when we take the initiative to do big things that benefit people around us and the environment._[2]___ These actions demonstrate our determination of protecting our planet to the whole world, and hopefully the world will follow our steps conducting the same actions, making the world a better place to live.

Another initiativethat will also take place on Friday is the Power-saving Initiative. The lights in all of our offices, buildings, textile mills, and factories will not be turned on on Friday for 10 hours, no matter which continents these places are located._[3___. Employees are encouraged to join volunteer services, and it will be a paid leave. For those who still need to work, we suggest doing it during the daytime. If any employee has a question, or if an emergency takes place, contact Mr. Howard at 1-800-061-244-9879. He will direct you how to respond to your issue.

We truly believe we will make an impact, have fun, and build new connections with our coworkers and neighbors._[4]__ There may still be ways to get involved either in person or virtually, especially your local leaders, who may even provide more information about how Earth can be effectively saved.

數字稍微掃過

10 hours 還有一組電話號碼

是標準的字彙題

位置就在副標題

很明顯就是考cloth這個單字

clothes 跟 clothing 是衣服

clutch 是緊握

cloth 不加es是「布料」的意思

答案就是 (A)

看一下空格 [2] 有提到initiative

重點在第四段首句Another initiative

呼應插入句 One example

所以答案就是 (B)
